Pantone, the color authority based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, has a pop-up café dedicated to showing off the brand’s bright colorings in Monaco’s promenade of the Grimaldi Forum. The mantra is “Taste The Colors”. Each item on the menu goes by a Pantone color and number – for example, orange juice is listed as Vibrant Orange #16-1364 juice or a sandwich by the code of Tomato Red Mozza White #18-1660 sandwich and even the granita is coded! Not to mention, the restaurant’s napkins, tables, chairs and coffee makers are all Pantone coded. Check out the Instagram account with the #pantonecafe for more pictures. The cafe is open until August 23rd.
